Breaking news…
In a completely unheard of event, Sophia went to bed ON HER OWN last night. Yes, you are reading this correctly. She went upstairs, by herself, put her pajamas on, by herself, came downstairs to get a pacifier (to which we reminded her they’re only for bedtime), told us she wanted to go to sleep (to which we said, yeah, right, you just want a pacifier), then went to her bedroom, lied down on her bed, and FELL ASLEEP!! We thought she was just playing up there. When I went to check on her I discovered she really had gone to bed! Completely amazing. Oh, and this all happened at 6 pm.
I am so shocked, even now! This is the girl that fights bedtime every.single.night. And yet, she went to bed on her own. And now, she’s in the best mood ever! I love it.
